• Hours:Flexible; Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 8 am - 4 pm

• Average Patients seen: 18 per day
• Call Schedule: Take second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage on nights and weekends; Rotated between several providers
