Value-Based Advanced Primary Care – Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Ped) to join an advanced primary care clinic in San Jose, CA. Open to both full-time and part-time. Pick the number of days per week you want to work!

You will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles at an employer-sponsored clinic. Here you will enjoy a fantastic quality of life while making a real difference in patients’ lives. 

Highlights:         

• Manage only 9-12 patients per day
• Spend more time doing what you best: taking care of patients
• No weekends
• Substantially fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks
• No Medicare or Medicaid patients, only members of the employer health plan
• Highly competitive base salary plus 15% outcomes-based bonus

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in family medicine or IM/peds
• Minimum of 2 years practice experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
