1. South Bay area - Well established Medical Group is seeking several a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join their growing group.  There are several practice locations available Agoura Hills, West Hills, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach and Torrance!
This is a tight-knit, family-oriented group where you will focus on outpatient care alongside 11 healthcare professionals. The position offers an excellent weekday-only schedule with light call duties among the other providers. ·       Monday to Friday schedule; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m or you can work 4 (8/hr days)

This is a 200-provider multispecialty medical group is serving communities in the greater South Bay, mid-Los Angeles, and San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. They offer a full spectrum of fully integrated care with a strong base of adult primary care physicians, pediatricians and OBGYNs, a broad range of adult specialties including cardiology, endocrinology, GI, neurology and rheumatology, five urgent care centers, a hospitalist team, post-acute ambulatory and SNF care, and pharmacist and behavioral health.

2.Primary Care opportunity in Oxnard, Simi Valley and Ventura  - Join a well-established FQHC with practice locations in Oxnard, Simi Valley and Ventura.  Work out of one clinic in an outpatient bases.  The Family Practice Physician provides consultation, diagnosis and treatment to patients seeking primary health care services at our health centers. The physician will refer patients to medical specialists for consultation services when necessary for patients’ wellbeing; provide prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention. Documents patient visits via Electronic Health Records.

3. Urgent Care -  Join a well-established FQHC with practice locations in Oxnard and Simi Valley.   Work out of one Urgent Care clinic.  Work 4 days per week 10 hour shifts Wednesday - Saturday from 10:30am to 8pm

11.  Sacramento - This group has 3 needs General practitioner, Associate Medical Director and Float position:
General Practitioner position - Join a large multispecialty group work either full-time (4 days per week) or part-time.  Clinic can offer a 10-hour schedule.  100% outpatient clinical position, the physician will provide primary care, including physical examinations, treatment, preventive care, and education for patients in accordance with protocols and evidence-based medical guidelines.
Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience $230,880 - $300,144 annually

Associate Medical Director Position: Join a large multispecialty Group that is looking for an Associate Medical Director (AMD) works under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure the highest level of clinical quality and patient care within Family Practice (Adult Medicine). The AMD has responsibility for overseeing and managing the clinical performance of clinical providers in Family Practice at designated practice sites. The AMD will present the concerns of the clinicians practicing within Family Practice to the CMO and other administrators, and relay directives, recommendations and concerns from the CMO and other administrators to the clinicians within Family Practice. The AMD will promote integration with and transition between other clinical services, including (but not limited to) Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Specialty Care, and Care Management. The AMD is to be a role model to other clinicians for clinical quality, positive interactions, problem-solving, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
 
An AMD working 40 hours per week will be expected to have 8-10 hours administrative and management time and 30-32 hours clinical practice time per week. An AMD will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE).
 
As a Clinical Leadership position, the AMD will be expected to demonstrate initiative and self-directed behavior, and will be responsible for demonstrating results and/or progress in management and performance indicators.
  
Job Duties and Responsibilities -Medical Management

  • Be highly knowledgeable in Family Practice by maintaining high level of clinical expertise, utilizing the most current sources and guidelines, and being familiar with changing standards of practice.
  • Regularly monitor and oversee the performance of  clinicians practicing Family Practice with respect to established performance indicators, including peer review. Assist Chief Medical Officer in annual performance appraisals of clinicians within Family Practice.
  • Develop strategies to improve the performance of clinicians or sites lagging in any performance indicators.
  • Help in reviewing, modifying, and developing Policies and Procedures and clinic workflows as relevant to Family Practice.
  • Develop optimal templates, accelerators, and other workflows in Family Practice for the Electronic Health Record.
  • Monitor resource and referral utilization within Family Practice and assist in identifying additional resources to improve provider and patient access to specialty care. Help to create standards and standard procedures for the most common referrals.
  • Meet regularly with the Chief Medical Officer to review clinical issues, clinician performance, and strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required or requested.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations; report unethical, fraudulent or unlawful behavior or activity.
  • Foster an environment that promotes trust, cooperation, and accountability among all Center staff.

Requirements

  • At least three years of recent experience in outpatient primary care practice.
  • Experience in a FQHC setting preferred.
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • MD/DO $111.00 - $144.30 an hour


Float Position: Join a large multispecialty group that is looking for a Float Medical Provider.  The provider should be either a MD, DO, NP or PA specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and is responsible for providing high quality primary care to patients in an outpatient setting. This group is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to a growing patient population. We are committed to providing excellent service to our patient population throughout the greater Sacramento area.
 
This is a hybrid role that requires covering the in-person and/or remote clinic schedule and inbox for other medical providers who are on leave. When in-person coverage is needed, Float Medical Provider will be scheduled in-person at in the Greater Sacramento area. When coverage is not needed, the Float Medical Provider has a remote telemedicine schedule for same-day visits.
 
This role offers great flexibility in terms of hours. Both 8- and 10-hour weekday schedules will be considered, as well as 8- to 40-hour week schedules. Schedules can be either the same every week or based on organizational need, depending on the Float Medical Provider’s preference. There are no on-call responsibilities, panel of patients, supervision of other providers, or required weekend hours. In-person work will be required when covering for an in-person provider’s leave; otherwise, work will be remote.
  
The successful candidate has:
At least 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or homeless persons preferred. 
Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience MD/DO: $212,160 - $275,808 annually
