Job Description

Senior Clinical Analyst Opportunity

  • Responsible for ensuring efficient and quality workflows for all clinical staff
  • Work in coordination with Chief Medical Informatics Officer
  • Improve physician efficiency through optimization with Electronic Health Records
  • Lead multi-disciplined team in the setting and attainment of quantifiable goals
  • Help implement new software and hardware solutions that improve the quality of care across the system
    • Knowledge & Skills:
      • Requirements of Federal Medicare and Medicaid regulations, guidelines, and standards
      • Working knowledge of the requirements of Meaningful Use, Value-based, ICD-10, Core Measures, and other quality clinical measures
      • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to, our current EMRs, Dragon dictation, the use of the entire Microsoft Office Suite
    • Requirements
      • Preferred: NP, PA, MD or DO
      • At least 5 years direct clinical experience in a clinical practice area
      • Ability to be practice medicine in Missouri
      • Experience in clinical improvement initiatives
