Locums Opportunity IntensivistLocation: Southwest, FloridaRecruitWell is seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonary Critical Care Intensivist for a locum tenens position in Southwest, FL.Assignment Details:

Dates: June 16, 2025 June 22, 2025
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, MondayFriday
Client needs an ICU doc onquick turnaround
Requires BOTH Pulmonary Consults and Critical Care logs. Minimum 50 pulmonary consults and 30 minimum critical care visits in the past 12 months.
Must be boarded or true board eligible for boards in both pulmonary and critical care.
Responsibilities:
Sole in-house intensivist, providing critical care for the 36-bed ICU
Manage all calls during the night shift
Respond to consults from the ED and Hospitalist team
Perform urgent procedures as needed
A very busy unit, with patient census fluctuating daily

Requirements:

True Board-Eligible or Certified in Pulmonary & Critical Care
Active Florida License required
Must have clean background and clean NPDB (verified within the last 6 months) in order to qualify for temporary privileges
Must have current case logs with submission (within last 12 months) to support Intensivist procedure competency
