Position Details:

• DATES: FT need ; multiple locations will take multiple providers
• Start ASAP (takes 90 days to credential) full-time ongoing
• EMR- epic
• 15 ORs daily
• 4-5 MDs 15 CRNAs daily
• Supervised setting
• Cases: Heavy ortho, cath lab, vascular, neurosurgery, general surgery, urology, GYN, neurology. No OB
