Our client is seeking a family medicine physician for an employer-sponsored advanced primary care opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles to the employees and dependents of a local employer. Highlights:

Manage only 10-15 patients per day
Predictable workweek
Substantially fewer administrative hassles – no billing or coding, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take work home)
$250,000 - $285,000 base salary plus a 10% quarterly quality bonus

Qualifications:

BC/BE in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required
Procedure experience is a huge plus
