• Looking for a provider to cover 3 weeks a month: 2 weeks seeing patients in the outpatient clinic and 1 week taking General Call inpatient
• In patient call coverage is mostly assigned patients, work closely with the hospitalist for cardiac consulting
• Clinic is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 4 10's
• Call Type: In-House
• Phone Consults: 4-6
• 20 Minutes call response time required
• Admissions: 2-3
• 18-20 Patients Per Shift
• 13 Beds in Facility
• Admissions Required
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• Board Certified Required
• Active ID License or IMLC Accepted
• Fellowship Required
• ACLS, BLS Required
• Trauma Level II
• EMR: Epic
