Full Time Hospitalist Job PA

CompHealth is currently assisting a hospital in Pennsylvania with their search for a hospitalist who is interested in leadership responsibilities. Your schedule will be a day block schedule of 7 on/7 off. You will see 15 to 18 patients per day on average. You will join a group of physicians and APPs who provide inpatient care with the support of medical and surgical specialists. They welcome candidates that are board certified and trained in internal medicine or family practice. CompHealth has a licensing team that can help you with the processing and application of a Pennsylvania medical license, if necessary.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a generous compensation plus incentives/bonuses. You will also be offered medical, vision, and dental benefits, long-term and short-term disability, 7 days of PTO per year, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus of $20K, CME with $5K stipend, a retirement plan where UPMC matches your savings at 50%, up to 6% of compensation, and malpractice insurance.
