Top local ENT Otolaryngology services with privileges at the medical center and ambulatory surgery center. Established practice seeking a physician to take over for a retiring option for partnership after 1-2 years and local surgery center shares.

• Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience

• One year salary guarantee of $454,000 with 3-year contract
