Full Time Family Practice Job Canby, OR
Seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice at Providence Medical Groups Canby Family Medicine practice. Youll be part of a patient-centered medical home that includes a behaviorist, a clinical pharmacist, as well as nursing staff with lab and x-ray onsite. This is a small, close-knit practice with mature patient panels where you will have the opportunity to see multiple family generations. Full-time (1.0 FTE) at 4 to 4.5 days per week (one of which is virtual from home)
Monday to Friday; variable days, daytime hours
Three-year guaranteed salary, generous quality incentive, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
Ideal candidates will have an interest/experience serving a medically complex population
Osteopathic trained, interest incorporating OMT, and interest in procedures and injections encouraged to apply
