Job Title: RN Med Surg/Telemetry

Location: 7600 Central Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111
Duration: 12 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $65.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,340.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $11.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $396.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,944.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $68.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,448.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
