For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $70.50
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,538.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.35
Hourly Stipend: $43.15
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $984.60
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,553.40

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $73.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$2,628.00

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care, utilizing strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced ER environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and document emergency nursing care to patients.
• Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Utilize critical thinking, communication, planning, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow unit-specific guidelines, protocols, and policies.
• Maintain emotional stability and clinical effectiveness in emergency settings.
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of current Emergency Room experience ' Required
• ED Triage/Cardiac Room experience ' Preferred; first consideration
• IV Certification ' Preferred
• Meditech Expanse experience ' Highly Preferred
• ENPC and CEN ' Preferred
• BSN ' Preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA) ' Required
• Active Massachusetts RN License in hand at profile upload ' Required
