Our client is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations and coordinate quality patient care in a Long-Term Care setting. The RN Unit Manager will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with facility standards and patient-care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and coordinate patient care.
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to nursing staff.
• Monitor patient care and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Develop, implement, and update patient care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor documentation and maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and performance oversight.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing ' Required.
• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Active RN License ' Required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification ' Required.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or Unit Manager experience ' Preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate patient care and support nursing staff
