As a Clinical Psychologist-Behavioral Health Consultant you will: - Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions. - Provide short-term (time limited) evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.. - Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care. - Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic. - Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters. - Performs Other Duties As Assigned
