A respected, not-for-profit health system in northeastern Kansas is seeking a Retail Outpatient Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a community-focused pharmacy. You'll oversee a steady, manageable script volume alongside an experienced support team, while enjoying the autonomy and close-knit, "mom-and-pop" culture that prioritizes relationships with patients and staff. Candidates must have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy (new grads welcome) and be eligible for Kansas licensure (employer willing to wait if needed). Retail or outpatient experience is highly welcomed, but not required. The ideal candidate is confident, self-directed, and motivated to lead from the front--someone who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of their pharmacy. 340B experience is a plus but not necessary.
