A tech services company in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensedClinical Pharmacistfor a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new clinical strategies, as well as provide oversight of clinical programs developed by third parties
• Analyze, interpret, and develop written recommendations using prescription claims data
• Meet with clients to discuss clinical trends, review relevant pharmacy data, and provide recommendations/supportive rationale for clinical management strategies
• Assist in developing a robust clinical management playbook and training platform for sales initiatives and client management
• Translate and decipher how current pharmacy/healthcare trends will affect clinical strategies
• Provide drug information and act as the clinical consultant/expert on the account team
• Proactively make recommendations for clients to stay ahead of the curve regarding drug pipeline activity
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years ofexperience in analyzing raw prescription claims data in Excel
• Pharm D
• Deep knowledge of highly managed specialty medications / strategy, formulary development and maintenance process, including rigorous evaluation of pharmaceutical products and ranking products based on value
• Exceptional clinical, business and relationship building skills
• Knowledge and ability to participate in the Pharmacy Benefits Sales process
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of inner working of PBM or Health Plan pharmacy program
• Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy services contracts and contracting process
