Job Description

Join an award-winning health system in northeast Indiana as a Clinical Pharmacist in a leading acute care teaching hospital. In this 0.8 FTE role with full-time benefits, you'll spend around 70% of your time on clinical duties--interdisciplinary rounding, consults, and medication optimization--and the rest supporting distribution. Great work/life balance provided as on average you'll be working four 8 hr. days per week for each 2 week pay period.

Candidates must have PGY1 training or equivalent experience along with strong clinical judgment in order to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You'll work alongside 150+ pharmacy professionals using Epic, Pyxis, and advanced TPN tools, contributing to patient-centered care, mentoring learners, and advancing safety and quality initiatives.
