Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a leading pediatric hospital in Northeastern Indiana. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care for critically ill infants and collaborate with an experienced medical team. The position includes responsibilities in daily collaborative rounding, clinical support, and mentoring pharmacy residents and students. You'll also play a key role in supporting facility updates and the expansion of pediatric services.

In order to apply, you must hold either a PGY1 plus 3+ years of pediatric experience, or a PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical pediatric pharmacy and experience in NICU care and/or pediatric services. Board Certification in Pediatric Pharmacy is a plus.
