Job Description

A Home Health facility in Washington needs an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Full-time/Adult Primary Care patient population. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and WA state license. Will be in the field seeing patients for primary care adult, home health and some remote admin time. 40 hours total; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. At home, remote, admin time. Occasional suture/staple removal, I&D, injections. 30 mile radius Spokane, 2-3 group facilities seeing 8-12 patients per day. We pay mileage for greater than 30 miles one way (to or from home) and mileage between stops. Need to be confident working with technology independently.   • 2 years APP experience
  • Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
  • 3.5 field days 2 worksites per day, 1 day telemedicine from home office, 0.5 day administrative
  • Adult patient population 8-12 patients per day 34 per week
  • Occasional suture/staple removal, I&D, injections
  • Adult group homes, memory facilities, and private homes
