• Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with 40-hour work week -- no overtime
• 2.4 patients per hour -- up to 25 patients daily with actual average around 20
• Walk-in family practice clinic
• Supported by physicians, MAs, and midlevel providers
• EMR: Custom in-house system with training provided
• Complex patients from pediatrics to geriatrics -- multiple comorbidities
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• 2-week ramp-up period to reach full patient load
