Role Overview

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Flexible, part-time 1 or 2 days/week schedule 
• Post-acute care inpatient setting 
• On-call during days covering

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with the IDT 
• Partner with TeamHealth physician 

Who We're Looking For

• New or experienced clinicians in any of the following: post-acute care, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP/PA license
• Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation
Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $26,139 to $31,367 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
