A well-established, high-volume private dermatology and aesthetic practice in southwest Oregon, near Ashland, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join its collaborative clinical team. This is an opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported environment with a strong patient base, modern systems, clean workflows and meaningful upside.

The Role

• Full-time position practicing four days per week
• Hybrid role providing general / medical dermatology and cosmetic services
• Work within an efficient, established workflow supported by experienced medical assistants
• Practice utilizes EMA / EMR software
• Visibility factorparticipate in professionally produced content, collaborating with a marketing team and maintaining an appropriate social media presence that supports patient education and practice growth
• Patient volumethis is not a ground-up build; patient demand is established and growth is intentional, supported and shared
