  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Start January 2026 for ongoing long-term need (4+ months)
  • 4x10s schedule; M-TH 8a-6p
  • No call
  • Must be comfortable seeing all ages
  • Approx 20-40 ppd amongst staff

  • Active OR license, DEA, BLS
