A health services network in Brooklyn, New York is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, handling psychiatric evaluation and medication management in a high-volume Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time (4 days or multiple NPs working 2 days each)
• Hours: 4 ten-hour days or flexible options
• Setting: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic (Hybrid with telehealth options available)

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of 200-225 clients monthly
• Providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Treating co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders
• Delivering care via telehealth and in-person
• Maintaining compliant documentation for Medicaid and Medicare
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient behavioral health
• Master's Degree
• Licensed PMHNP in NY
• Active DEA license
• Experience with dual diagnosis and MAT
• Experience working with children/adolescents
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Clinically confident and comfortable guiding peers
• Mission-driven and adaptable

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Underserved populations
• Experience with NYS regulations (OMH 599 and OASAS 822)
• Experience prescribing Buprenorphine and Naltrexone
