Job Description

A facility is seeking a nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. An active MN license is required, but DEA is not required to apply. The client will provide travel and lodging. Malpractice coverage is also provided.
The facility is located less than 45 minutes from St. Paul, MN.
There are 5-6 FTE openings for locums at UMMC Riverside Campus. Days and nights are needed. This facility is level IV, NRP and BLS are required. The locum will be managing 8-25 patients per night shifts. The clinician must be comfortable with intubation, umbilical line placement, ventilator management, and TPN management. There are 2 different rounding teams each with 1 MD and 2 APPs. The EMR is EPIC.

Dates Needed:  February 1st - Summer 2024, with option to extend
Case Load/PPD:  8-12 ppd on days. Managing 8-25ppd on nights
