• Open to FNP's, AGNP's, and ANP's
• Outpatient Primary Care setting
• Schedule: M-F; 8-5 pm
• Call is 1:11, phone call only. 
• Open to providers seeing all ages, or 18+
• Provider will work independently within a collaborative practice.
• Will consider new graduates with relevant RN backgrounds.
