A community health network in Casselberry is currently seeking an Adult Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a promising opportunity at one of their outpatient facilities.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-12pm
• Call: Light rotated telephone only call 1 week every 8-10 weeks
• Setting: Outpatient community health

Responsibilities:

The NP/PA will:

• Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population
• Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Florida state Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
