Start Date: ASAP Ongoing Need Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week No on-call duties required (scheduled shifts only) Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Level II Trauma Center

Clinical Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases with attention to neurologic status pre- and post-procedure Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout procedures Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative care model with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation when necessary Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards

Practice Environment: Daily surgical volume: Approximately 50 cases Multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements: Board Certified CRNA Required Active Michigan license Required Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience Required ACLS and BLS (AHA) Required PALS Required Clean background Required
