Northwestern Ohio CRNA Opening

Clinical Role:
- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
- ACLS, PALS, AND BLS- Required
- Permanent position opportunity
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Trauma Level/Designation:
  - Level II
- Volume:
  - # of Surgical cases per shift: 2-3/CRNA per day; average of 20-30 OR cases per day
  - # of Pain Mgmt Cases per shift: Pain Mgmt has 1 day per week in the OR
  - ER Volume: 28,000 per year
- 12 operating rooms (7 OR suites, 2 Endo suits, 2 Open heart suites, & 1 OB OR suite)
- Patient Demographics: Mainly adults, some Well-Peds cases, such as BMT and T&A
- Responsibilities include:
  - General, MAC, TIVA
  - Pre-ops, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks, etc. (done independently)
- No neonatal surgeries
- No bariatric or transplants
- EMR: Meditech
- Technology: Spectrum Anesthesia EMR
- Group Size: 8 current CRNAs + 1 MD on-staff
- Schedule:
  - 7am - 3:30pm (flexible end time)
  - 8- or 10-hour shifts (possibility for 12s)

- - Weekends: as needed
- Work in a great team environment with strong supervision by supportive anesthesiologists and two block-trained RNs
