About the Role

• We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to join us at TeamHealth, the largest and most financially stable group practice in the United States
• This position offers the opportunity to provide patient care within skilled nursing facilities while enjoying the flexibility of completing documentation from home

Role Overview

• Schedule: flexible schedule working 1 day per week within Monday to Friday  
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds to assigned patients
• Complete documentation remotely (TeamHealth provides iPad or laptop), within 48 hours of patient visit

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Requirements
The following backgrounds are acceptable:

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) 
• LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor 
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) 
• Experience with EMR EPIC or Gehrimed is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills required, especially with patient documentation

Expected compensation is estimated range of $300 to $400 per day with no cap on productivity income potential.
