Role Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shifts only
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full license as a licensed professional counselor
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated range of $87,000 to $103,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
