Duties - Provide expert nursing care across all phases of the surgical process, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative intervention, and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) recovery, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care. - Manage nursing care for complex surgeries across various specialties (orthopedic, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, etc.), adapting clinical techniques to support diverse surgical teams and high-acuity procedures for pediatric through geriatric patients. - Assess and implement individualized care plans for a diverse patient population spanning from pediatric to geriatric age groups, including the stabilization and treatment of civilian trauma patients in high-pressure environments. - Provide training and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including military and civilian personnel, residents, and medical students, fostering a collaborative learning environment and adherence to surgical standards.
