This Monday-Friday day shift position offers an excellent work-life balance with only every fourth weekend and holiday rotation. You'll practice in a clinically focused environment, providing antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic and renal dosing, medication reconciliation, patient education, and formulary management. Qualified candidates should have a BS Pharmacy or PharmD (PharmD preferred) and be eligible for Wisconsin pharmacist licensure.
