A well-established, independent acute care health system in Southeastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead a large, high-functioning hospital pharmacy team. This leadership role oversees ~40 direct reports (pharmacists and technicians) within a 300+ bed hospital and partners closely with the Director of Pharmacy to drive operational excellence, medication safety, and strategic initiatives. The department operates within a hybrid model using EPIC and Pyxis in a modern, recently renovated pharmacy space.

Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (PharmD or Master's preferred) along with at least 3 years of hospital experience that includes leadership or management responsibilities. Incoming PGY2 Pharmacy Administration Residents will also be considered. Strong inpatient leadership skills, the ability to manage team dynamics, and familiarity with EPIC are highly preferred. This is a weekday, salaried leadership role with flexibility based on departmental needs.
