Duties - Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to critically ill patients in an Adult Intensive Care Unit. - Assist physicians with complex or life-threatening procedures. - Monitor patient's condition by continuous observation and precise calculation of fluid levels and vital signs. - Mix and administer special, potent and lethal drugs. - Maintain a safe environment for patients and all other hospital employees. - Develop and implement a Plan of Care for each patient consistent with recognized professional nursing standards.
