- Assist physician with complex as well as minor surgical procedures performed in a clinical setting. - Sterilize and set up instruments for otolaryngology surgical procedures (general otolaryngology and sub-specialty otolaryngology) using high level disinfection. - Remove sutures, staples, and packing from postoperative wounds and remove internal and external nasal splints. - Maintain established levels of bulk medical supplies, required surgical instruments, and linens, ordering supplies as needed. - Obtain vital signs, annotate changes in patients condition, and document health history as well as all necessary information in the clinical information systems. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
