Job Description

A leading, not-for-profit academic health system in northeastern Indiana is seeking an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist to support its pulmonology clinic. This is a Monday-Friday, daytime-only role (no weekends or call) where you'll work directly with patients and providers to optimize therapy, improve medication access, and help grow ambulatory services within a highly collaborative environment. The team is open to a variety of pharmacist backgrounds and willing to train, making this a great opportunity to transition into ambulatory care.

A pharmacy degree is required with current or recent pharmacist experience (no new grads). Open to candidates from retail, prior authorization, home infusion, or other transferable backgrounds. BCACP required within 2 years of hire or whenever eligible. Strong communication skills and interest in patient care and teaching are key.

Located in a thriving mid-sized Midwest city (~250K population) offering a low cost of living, excellent schools, and plenty of outdoor and cultural activities--ideal for both individuals and families.

For immediate consideration please submit your resume or CV in confidence to Steve.Helm@comphealth.com and contact me directly at 954-837-2603. (Text 'START' to begin a conversation)
