Duties - Provide independent clinical nursing care for all patients from neonates/pediatric through geriatric. - Develops, teaches, and provides patients and family in areas requiring support to facilitate special and innovative approaches. - Provides delegation, oversight, and direction of work to personnel of lower-level position. - Provides comprehensive age-appropriate nursing care to medical, post-surgical, patients based on physician's medical care plan. - Provides an advanced level of specialized nursing care to adult critically ill and injured patients. - Performs triage and provides nursing care to patients arriving in critical condition. - Performs comprehensive nursing support to all patients in the Perioperative Center. - Performs independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging.
