We are seeking a CRNA for a set weekend night position, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with no call and all other days off. A $50,000 sign-on bonus is available with a four-year commitment.

The CRNA will provide anesthesia for a broad range of cases, including neurosurgical, vascular, thoracic, pediatric, general surgery, orthopedic, plastic, and urology. No cardiac cases. OB responsibilities are limited to C-sections only. CRNAs do not perform regional blocks but will perform spinals; labor epidurals are not currently required.

This role follows a care team model with two CRNAs and one in-house physician anesthesiologist, plus an additional anesthesiologist on call from home. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and a CME allowance starting at $3,000 in year one and increasing annually to $7,000 in year five and beyond.
