We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in the Stephenville, Texas, area. This role will be working with facilities in this region. 

Role Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 5 days a week
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
