• Start Date: April 6, 2026

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Location: Charleston

• Practice Setting: Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Coverage Needed: 3 FTEs (40 hours per week)

• Flexible scheduling options:

  • 5 x 8s: 7:00a 3:00p

  • 4 x 10s: 7:00a 5:00p

  • 3 x 12s: 7:00a 7:00p

• No call shifts

• Will consider providers available 23 weeks per month (not weekends-only)

• Weekend availability preferred (not required every weekend)

• Schedule assigned after credentialing and medical staff orientation

• Coverage across 3 separate hospitals located within 5 minutes of each other

• Primarily working in main ORs, most often at an alternate facility

• Patient Population: All ages | Inpatient & Outpatient

• Types of Surgery Include:

  • General

  • Vascular

  • Orthopedic

  • Urology

  • Plastics

  • Dental

  • Interventional Radiology

  • CDL

  • Thoracic

  • Pediatrics

  • Neuro

  • Cardiac

  • Endoscopy

• EMR: Cerner

• NBCRNA Board Certification Required

• Active West Virginia License Required

• ACLS, BLS, PALS Required

• Minimum Experience: 2 years
