• Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week
• 20 - 25 patients per day with 20 minute appointments
• Clinic setting
• 2 years NP/PA experience required
• Family medicine including chronic disease management
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• Hospital privileges required
