A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Troy, Virginia.

This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM position with a two-week credentialing timeframe and no call. The role is open to an MD or an autonomous NP and involves seeing approximately 18-20 adult patients per day. An active Virginia license and DEA are required. The provider will be supported by RNs and LPNs, and while documentation is paper-based, Sapphire is used for prescriptions.
