Role Overview:

• Schedule: 1 day a week within Monday to Friday, position can grow to full-time
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided Ipad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Mental Health disorders
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a valid full PMHNP license
• Active MD license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $31,000 to $38,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. (1 weekday per week)
