Start Date:April Ongoing
Schedule Options:Choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week
Call:No call required
Employment:Hospital-employed program
Case Mix:Orthopedics, Obstetrics, Vascular, GI, ENT, Cath Lab, and various outpatient procedures
Supervision Model:Anesthesia care team with a 1:4 MD to CRNA ratio

Requirements

Licensure:Active New York State Medical License required
Certifications:ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification
Availability:Full-time availability is a must
Experience with EMR:Cerner EMR system

Locum-to-Permanent:Opportunity to transition to a permanent role if desired

Credentialing Requirements

Case logs from the past 2 years.
Active DEA license.
Certificates of insurance covering the last 10 years.
Employment verification for the past 10 years.
Hospital privileges for the last 10 years.
Three clinical references from the past 6 months (at least one from leadership).
Additional certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Infection Control.
