Schedule: 7:00?AM 3:00?PM

• Call: every 3rd night, every 3rd weekend

• No OB call; OR call only

• Call response time: 45 minutes

Case types: Endoscopy, Podiatry, General, Orthopedic, Urology

Requirements: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (case logs required)

Day coverage: 3 providers in 4 ORs
