• Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available

• Call Requirements: 1 MD + 1 CRNA on call (nights/weekends; not in-house)

• Procedural Comfort:

• OK if CRNA does NOT do spinals or regional blocks

• CRNAs who want epidurals & OB are welcome

• Supervision Model:

• CRNAs not medically directed

• MDs currently perform epidurals (changing in 2026)
