An excellent leadership opportunity is available with a large not-for-profit, tertiary medical center and regional health system serving the northeastern Indiana region. This respected organization offers a progressive pharmacy practice model and continues to expand its ambulatory care services which are booming right now. The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives for a growing ambulatory care line, providing 100% administrative leadership across multiple clinics and service areas.

Qualified candidates must have a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution and completion of a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency, PGY1/2 HSPAL program with ambulatory or specialty focus, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership ability, operational management skills, and experience developing clinical service lines are highly preferred. Candidates should be collaborative, organized, and skilled communicators. Three or more years of healthcare pharmacy supervisory experience are preferred.
