Job Description
Qualified candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy with significant inpatient pediatric experience, including a minimum of three years in hospital pharmacy and experience in the pediatric ICU. A PharmD, residency training (PGY1 or PGY2 in the pediatric setting), and board certification are preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically driven, and thrives in a fast-paced teaching hospital setting where innovation and collaboration are key.
